Halo-Waters (Nigeria) Limited, operators of Lagos Water Taxi (AKA Lagos WaXi), a 100% indigenous company was established to organize and operate scheduled passenger services within Lagos and Federal Inland Waterways using the best global safety standards, practices and procedures. Lagos WaXi can be said to emanate from a need to introduce and ensure the highest safety and customer experience in ferry services in Nigeria.
Our boats are equipped with on-board entertainment system to ensure the comfort of passengers throughout the duration of trip. We also ensure you have a great experience using our partner Jetties.
Our boats have been duly registered with the regulatory agencies, both at Federal and State levels, and has met necessary accreditation and passed all required safety checks.
We are proud to say, our boats are the only boats currently in Nigerian waters that have met 95% of the minimum standard required for commercial water, by the Federal and State regulatory and safety agencies.

Our Vision
To be a household name in West Africa known for provision of quality service in water transport.
We exist to provide quality, comfortable and convenient water transportation to every user while assuring commuters of their safety and that of their goods.
We have in our fleet, two (2) brand new, passenger boats commissioned on the February 17, 2018, named as follows:
WaXi 001 – 34 Seater.
WaXi 002 – 36 Seater.
The boats are powered by two (2) units of 250HP Outboard engines.
