Born in Ibadan – Nigeria in 1962 where he had most of his education.
Joined Afribank PLC in 1988 as an Executive Trainee and rose to Credit Officer position, in 1990.
Proceeded to Society Generale Bank Nigeria Limited in January 1994 as a Deputy Manager, where he rose to the position of Deputy General Manager, Corporate Banking. He was involved in structuring facilities for the Oil and Gas industry and other sectors until his departure in 2006.
Highly conversant with Corporate Administration.
Currently the Executive Director, Finance and Administration, at Botro Marine & Oil Services Ltd.
Pioneer Director of BK Tubulars FZE (owners of the threading plant at Onne, Oil and Gas Free Trade Zone).
Director, Botro Steel FZE (pipe welders in Onne, Oil and Gas Free Trade Zone).
Member, Institute of Directors, Nigeria.
